Terms of use

Last updated: 6 July 2026

Welcome to ekrej.com (the “Site”), operated by Ekrej (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an informational and marketing platform for shovel-ready land parcels and infrastructure development sites. Information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer to sell or lease any property. Any sale, purchase or lease of real property is subject to independent due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive legal agreements.

2. Use of parcel information

Parcel summaries, technical specifications, maps and drone media are published in good faith based on surveys and approvals held at the time of publication. While we endeavour to keep all information accurate and current, technical specifications (including grid evacuation, transformer capacity and road widths) may vary with utility updates and local regulatory developments. Prospective buyers are advised to review the complete physical dossier and conduct independent verification prior to signing definitive documents.

3. Enquiries and communications

When you submit an enquiry through our forms, WhatsApp or email, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of the named organisation. Submitting an enquiry does not create an agency, brokerage or fiduciary relationship between you and Ekrej.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, brand marks, site photography, aerial and drone footage, data centre models, infographics and layout — is the property of Ekrej and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any material from the Site without prior written consent from Ekrej.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services (such as WhatsApp or mapping providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of external services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ekrej and its directors, officers and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of or reliance on the Site or any information contained within it.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
